I have been with Absolute Rent A Car for almost 6 years. I was unsure in the beginning how this place would be. Was super skeptical about the process and everything. When I met Steve and Boris they were absolutely incredible. Straight forward and honest. Helped all the way to make sure we were able to get into a vehicle and worked with us. To this day I am on my 4th vehicle with them. As soon as any circumstances change in my life, Steve and Boris were there to listen and to help find a solution. When my family needed more room I wasn’t sure how everything worked with switching vehicles but as with everything else it was as they said. Super simple and easy. Also, they work with you in different circumstances. Trust me, I was skeptical at first but they are always here to listen and help. No bullshitters!!!! Thanks Steve and Boris.

As a young adult who didn’t even want to buy a car, but life happens and I needed one, Steve and Boris definitely took care of me. They were very understanding about my situations and always worked things out in a positive manner. They also ensured that I took care of my car with maintenance etc. For any car there’s going to be problems but right when the problem occurred, Steve and Boris ensured that it was tackled asap. I paid about $370 a month ($185 biweekly) for a decent first car and easily gave it back when I did not want it anymore. I had to stay in a 1,200 mile range limit and live in elgin which worked perfect for me. I drove a decent amount on the car. Also a cute surprise NICO!! (The dog) was the best part to be honest.
